Its been so long since we were home,
Spent so much time being alone,
Through the dust of foreign fields we've trod,
Fought against overwhelming odds.
But now at last, our time has come,
Our "business" here is over and done,
At last we can see those we left behind
the day we went to the front line.
But what is this? theres no one there,
Its like our country does not care
We fought, we bled, and yes some died,
We've all been betrayed by our own side
No thanks, no cheers, no congratulatory beers,
Not even our families waiting to see us
No celebration, not a kind word spoken,
Not even our friends
For a Heroes Welcome.
For your treachery and betrayal
of all I gave to you
For all the pain you have caused,
I give you this.
Where once I gave my heart,
that you took and tore apart,
I now give to you
What you have shown you most deserve.
All the hatred and rage
of Man's worst age
All the heartache and all of the pain,
All my sorrow and fear
are now yours, my dear,
And I will never suffer you again.
For your treachery and betrayal
of all I gave to you
For all the pain you have caused,
I give you this.
Where once I gave my heart,
that you took and tore apart,
I now give to you
What you have shown you most deserve.

A discarded life, thrown away like an old, dusty teddy-bear
Found deeply buried in the loft
With other 'cherished' childhood memories…
Yet cherished, is a word rarely used in the memory of this girl,
Distraught, hurt, ruined
Along with the little Barbie dolls she so loved…
Digging through the past, she cries, sniffs, snarls viciously
As she remembers the pain
That they put her through, the taunting…
Then they come again and restrain her as she throws herself
At the bars of her room
And they wonder why she is in prison…
Her memories return of that vicious night when hell broke loose,
She died right there,
Not in body but in sou

Small news on the Oxford front. We have found a place for the cats. We are hoping our friend Kayleigh can pop round and feed them whilst we are away. I am requesting holiday tonight for the week of the 13th of July. Won't know until tomorrow and won't be able to say until friday. So yeah.
good news is: mum has offered to look after thomas and lend us some money to play with. Alcohol, anyone?
Hey all, Thomas is still nice and healthy. Growing amazingly fast. I have no idea where the last seven weeks have gone! Stacey and I are coping so much better than when he was first born. Everything was just so hectic back then. We are stuill carrying out his bath time routine and he is still sleeping at night time. We have to keep feeding him every three hours because he is a tad underweight (you should see how long he is - he is going to be so tall when he grows up). But hopefully when the midwife comes round on Friday she shall say he is fine and we can start feeding him every four hours. Looking at how chubby he is though, I don't think h
